We can bring the smoker to you
We are prepared to cook on site at your event. We utilize a Meadowcreek 250 gallon smoker along with a 42" charcoal grill to prepare the best barbecue and smoked meats.
Serving the finest cuts of meat
We source our meats from local Ohio butchers. Meat without added steroids, or antibiotics.

barbecue perfection takes time
You can not hurry good barbecue. There are no shortcuts here! Low temperature, slow smoked, gives you tender and delicious meats! We have been perfecting our craft for three decades. No artificial flavors or liquid smoke is used in any of our foods.

We are available to cater private parties. We are also looking to partner with local businesses to set up for weekends and provide food options to their patrons. Check back regularly as we will post where we will be set up and what festivals we will be at.

Family dinner or Family reunion to company picnics we can provide some of the best Craft BBQ available in Ohio. If you have an event coming up please reach out for a quote, we will compete with any other local written quotes.
Watch the Facebook page for announcements on when the smoker will be running (pop up sales) I can add any meat you would like with a three day lead time.
